Police Commissioned Officers’ Fellowship Night. A “Fellowship Night” was held on July 31, 2009 at the PRO 11 Clubhouse, Catitipan, Davao City to celebrate the retirement of PSSUPT CANDIDO S CASIMIRO JR, Deputy Regional Director for Operations (DRDO) and PSSUPT BINANG A HADJIRIL, The Chief of the Regional Directorial Staff (TCRDS). PRO 11 regularly holds “Fellowship Night” every last Friday of the month to honor its PNP retirees and to strengthen the relationships among its Police Commissioned Officers.
